Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, unless a specific rate plan states otherwise. Early arrival can be pre-booked a day in advance with a full-day charge; late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability.
Children
Children up to 6 years old may stay free of charge using existing bedding. Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults by the hotel.
Damage to hotel property
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage caused by an accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act.
Smoking & pets
All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The hotel maintains a no-pets policy, except for guide dogs.
